Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

How much editing will be done to my photos?

I edit your photos in a way that is consistent with my previous work that is featured on this site. When it comes to retouching photos – I will remove blemishes and pimples from faces but if you want head swaps, removals, or backgrounds extended it will be $25/photo.

I won’t alter a person’s appearance. I work hard to photograph all of your best angles so you can look back on your gallery and be like “DANG! I look goood!”

How many photos will I receive from my wedding or full session?

I never limit how many photos I take and I choose the best photos from our time together. I deliver between 50-75 photos an hour on average for weddings and 75-100 photos on average for engagement sessions. Weddings where a second photographer is added on can expect up to 25 more photos per hour.

When will I receive my digital photo gallery?

You can expect your full wedding gallery 45 days after your wedding. You can expect your full session gallery 21 days after your session.

You will receive and email with the link to your gallery and your unique gallery password that you can choose to share with your family/friends or keep all to yourself.

How much is an extra hour of your time at my wedding?

If on the day of the wedding I am requested to stay longer than my scheduled time – it is $400/hr for every hour over. I suggest adding extra hours to your wedding coverage at least 30 days before the wedding – that way the extra hours are significantly cheaper because they are already included in your package. Also things happen on wedding days that are out of everyone’s control – build in a 1-2 hr buffer to your timeline to avoid having to pay extra.

What happens if I cancel my wedding?

OH NO! Don’t even think this! Since I dedicate myself to photographing your wedding and completely block off the date – if you cancel your wedding more than 30 days before the date, you forfeit your retainer (30% of the invoice). If you cancel your wedding less than 30 days before the wedding date, you forfeit 100% of the invoice.

How much time should I set aside for photography at my wedding?

I suggest you set aside at least the mentioned time for the following photo ops:

First Look: 15 min – 30 min

Family Formals : 30 min – 1 hr

Wedding Party + Couple Portraits: 30 min – 1hr

Sunset Portraits: 15 min – 30 min

Can I adjust my wedding package later?

Yassssss. You can add to your package later on but you cannot remove from your package. Changes can be made until 30 days before the wedding date.

What if you get sick and can’t come to my wedding?

This hasn’t happened yet but I have a plan in place just in case it does. If I am too sick to function and can’t make it to your wedding – I will have a photographer who I trust fully to show up and photograph your wedding and I will edit all of the photos you receive in your gallery.
