The Inquiry
Less than 24 hours after you hit “send” on that inquiry form, you’ll have an email from me waiting in your inbox! Let’s choose a time to chat so we can get to know each other a little bit and find out if I’m the dream wedding photographer you’ve been searching for!
The Chat
Let’s talk about your dream wedding day! Within a week after your initial inquiry, we will jump on a call to talk about everything from the size of your wedding to whether or not you want a sparkler exit. This is just a chance for us to get to know each other a little better and discuss some technical questions, like how many hours of coverage you might need.
The Deets
Within 48 hours of our chat, you’ll receive a detailed, personalized proposal for your wedding day coverage! You’ll also have the chance to look through a few fun add-ons that you may not have even considered yet, like an engagement session or a second photographer.
The Signature
Once you’ve selected how you’d like your wedding day to be documented, we will make it official through a contract and retainer. At this stage, your date is penned into my calendar, and I’ll definitely be snapping away when you say “I do!” So, check that monster of an item off your to-do list!
The Engagement Session
If you’ve chosen to add an engagement session, we will jump right into planning it! I’ll help you choose outfits and locations, and, yes, I’ll even guide you through the awkward experience of posing for the camera. I promise, this part is a blast, and it helps you overcome that initial camera shyness before your big day.
The Questionnaire
A month before you walk down the aisle, we will start firming up plans. Through this questionnaire, we will cover everything from what will happen where at what time to important photo requests. It’s okay! We will make sure you and Aunt Susie get that photo! And if you don’t feel like filling out a form — or just need a little extra guidance — we can grab lattes and talk it out one afternoon. Let’s minimize those stress levels as much as possible.
The Big Day!
It’s here! You made it! All your planning and preparation have finally paid off and now you just get to celebrate with the love of your life. And I’ll be there by your side laughing, crying, pinning on boutonnieres (because it’s been too long since prom, and, somehow the guys always forget how it’s done), and snapping photos of the most beautiful moments, big and small. I’ll even hit the dance floor with you…and then go home and soak my feet, while I start the editing process!
The Sneak Peek
Immediately after your wedding, I back up your precious images in three separate places to make sure not a single one gets lost. Then, within just 48 hours, you’ll receive a 10-15 photo sneak peek before your wedding bouquet has even wilted!
The Delivery
Then, finally, after just 45 days or less as a married couple, you’ll receive your full wedding gallery! Relive all the best moments from your beautiful day, then share, tag, and print to your heart’s content. Wedding days zip by so fast, but through your gallery of images, you’ll be able to relive those moments forever.
